He has over 30 years of experience in Government, the private sector, and community service in the Sultanate of Oman.

He holds the position of Chairman and Member of Committees in diversified multi-national companies operating in Oman with international affiliations that contribute to Oman's business environment. One of his current major aspirations is developing a green hydrogen project in Oman, with significant expected investments.

He has been active in the business world for over 30 years.

After completing his studies, he began his career at a Municipal Council in Muscat, while also taking part in running the family business, established in 1964. Over time, his drive to succeed grew that business into a diversified group of companies known today as Al Obaidani Group of Companies, a fully owned and managed Omani enterprise with over 48 years of service to the people of the Sultanate of Oman.
